Aviva Gersovitch has been practicing yoga in one form or another for close to six years. Yoga for her was not just a physical but also a deeply spiritual journey that coincided with her deciding to go vegan and to study many different philosophies based on principles of non-violence and compassion. She has practiced various modalities of yoga, from disciplined ashtanga to slow and steady yin to the breathwork of kundalini.
